As always since 1993, I have had consistent courteous service that is above and beyond. My deceased loved one was reposing peacefully in a Heavenly garden of flowers. Our family ordered the White Cross with red roses, the banner was beautifully arranged on a decorated easel, the Peace Plant was well decorated and the rainbow-colored tulips in the black vase artfully displayed. I live out of state and ordered flowers for a birthday gift. This was my first time ordering from Midtown Florist. I was extremely pleased with their customer service and the beautiful bouquet they delivered. I will definitely order from Midtown Florist again in the future.

Excellent florist in Brooklyn NY. My floral arrangement was delivered on time, and the flowers were simply stunning. I highly recommend Midtown Florist to anyone who values perfection, timely deliveries and professional service. From the very beginning, the flowers were absolutely beautiful, smelled amazing, and the delivery person handled them with great care at the moment of delivery, which I truly appreciated. My girlfriend loved the flowers, and they looked even better in person. You can tell they put effort into the arrangement and presentation, making the surprise feel very special. At first, there was a small misunderstanding because the chocolates and balloon were missing from the delivery. However, the team quickly contacted me and delivered them to my girlfriend’s home at no extra charge, and they even included extra chocolates. That level of responsibility and customer service really made a difference. I truly appreciate how they resolved everything and made sure the experience ended on a positive note. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider ordering from them again.

Midtown Florist did an excellent job. They prepared a beautiful bouquet, made sure my message was included exactly as written, and delivered the arrangement promptly and on time. Barry, who assisted me, was friendly, professional, and very efficient. If you’re in Brooklyn and need fresh flowers delivered quickly and on time, with excellent customer service, do yourself a favor and go to Midtown Florist. A very positive experience overall. Thank you Barry I have used Midtown Florist for over 30 years and I always love their arrangements. I live out of state now and Midtown Florist is the only florist I would call to order an arrangement. I called for a Peace Lilly Arrangement on 1/26/2026 it was delivered on 1/27, even tho driving was unbearable because of the snowstorm in New York the arrangement was delivered and absolutely beautiful. Great experience. I needed a last-minute delivery for someone, and it was timely sensitive and extremely important to show care and support to the recipient. I called the shop and spoke to Mari, who was super helpful, knowledgeanle and friendly, She went above and beyond to make sure the order was delivered and the message was sent on time. She made the experience pleasant and was very understanding. People like Mari that understand and show sympathy for others make not only the shopping experience pleasant but the world a better place .
